1. All documents should be provided 1 set. All documents will not be returned, so if you are unable to submit the original, please submit a notarized copy. However, documents issued in Japan (e.g., COE, Letter of Admission, Receipts, results of Japanese language examinations (JLPT, NAT-TEST, etc.), Koseki Tohon, Juminhyo, Tokibo Tohon, etc.) do not require notarization.

Notes: COE（Certificate of Eligibility）can be submitted as a copy.
Photocopy must be in A4 size paper.

3. Application with incomplete submission of required documents will not be accepted.
