Vacancy: Receptionist cum Telephone Operator at the Embassy of Japan

The Embassy of Japan is seeking qualified candidate for Receptionist cum Telephone Operator for immediate appointment. Women are Encouraged to apply.
A) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. EDUCATION: Applicant should have Bachelor degree or above of relevant discipline from a reputed university. Education qualification will be relaxed for the experienced candidates.
2. AGE: from 25 to 35 years old.
3. OTHER SKILLS: Applicant should excellent Proficiency of Bengali, English and preferably Japanese. A courteous and sociable manner in communication and behaviour is essential. The applicants should have at least 3 (Three) years work experience in the following area(s):Front Desk, Reception, Telephone Operator
4. COPMUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferable. Good speed in typing: 30-40 words per minute.
B) HOW TO APPLY
All applicants are required to submit:
(1) Curriculum Vitae including all contact information, all relevant phone numbers, both permanent and current address and e-mail addresses
(2) One recent passport sized colour photograph with the name of the applicant written on the back
(3) Copies of all relevant academic records and certificates
(4) Photocopy of National ID Card.
(5) Nationality Certificate (Local Chairman / Commissioner).
All documents should be sent in A4 size paper to Administrative Section, Embassy of Japan, Plot No. 5 & 7, Dutabash Road, Baridhara, Dhaka by September 12, 2020. Please indicate the post applied for on the front side of the envelope.
