On 15 May, Parlamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs H.E. Mr. HOSAKA Yasushi attended the 30th Anniversary Global Dialogue of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) in Dhaka.
 
The meeting was attended by over 200 representatives from around the world, including HPM Sheikh Hasina, and Dr. Natalia Kanem, Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), as well as representatives from private companies, civil society, academia, and international organisations.
Mr. HOSAKA represented the Japanese government at the event.
