Minister TAKAHASHI attended a National Seminar hosted by Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF)

  
 
 
     On March 15, Minister Naoki Takahashi attended a seminar held in Dhaka and hosted by the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF), titled “From Vulnerability to Resilience: Assessing Security Risks and the Role of Livelihoods in Rohingya Camps.”
 
     During the seminar, Minister Takahashi paid tribute to the generous efforts of Bangladesh in hosting over one million Rohingya refugees. He reiterated Japan’s commitment to continuing to work closely with Bangladesh, UN agencies, and other partners to promote refugees’ self-reliance and strengthen the resilience of host communities in Bangladesh, while pursuing pathways toward safe, voluntary, and dignified repatriation of the Rohingya refugees.
