      The Japanese Language Teachers’ Association of Bangladesh (JALTAB), the Japan Foundation New Delhi and the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh organized the “Japanese Language Education Seminar 2018” at the Embassy of Japan on 24 April. This seminar was held to enhance teaching skill of Bangladeshi teachers who are teaching Japanese language at various language institutes mainly in Dhaka. Mr. Hiroaki Konishi, Senior Japanese Language Specialist from the Japan Foundation conducted a workshop on how to teach Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5 Level, while Dr. Mohammed Ansarul Alam and Dr. Md. Monir Uddin of JALTAB gave lectures on how to utilize teaching materials and the importance of intercultural understanding. Currently, there are more than 2,000 Japanese language learners in Bangladesh.
