Minister Takahashi attended the Y-E-S Award Ceremony 2025 hosted by the Honda Foundation

On June 24th, 2026, Minister Takahashi attended the Y-E-S (Young Engineer and Scientist’s) Award Ceremony 2025, hosted by the Honda Foundation in Dhaka. Established by the Honda Foundation in2006, the Y-E-S Award is a program designed to identify and support Asian students poised to lead in the creation and application of innovative technologies. In his remarks, Minister Takahashi paid tribute to Honda’s initiatives in launching this award and offered his congratulations to the four Bangladeshi awardees, hoping that the experiences they gain through this program would contribute to deepening the ties between Japan and Bangladesh under their Strategic Partnership.
