Minister Yoshida attends the Japanese Food Showcase in Dhaka
| On 5 October, Ms. Yoshida Aya, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh, attended “Japanese Food Showcase: The Global Gateway” organized by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Dhaka Office. The event brought Japanese food companies and Bangladeshi buyers together for product presentations, tastings and business meetings. In her remarks, Minister Yoshida expressed hope that the showcase would lead to new business partnerships and bring more Japanese food products to consumers in Bangladesh. She reaffirmed Japan’s commitment to deepening cooperation with Bangladesh in the food and agriculture sector under the Japan–Bangladesh Strategic Partnership. |
