On 10 September, Minister Yoshida attended the “ Workshop For Introducing Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporters in Bangladesh ,” organized by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) 　Dhaka Office at a Japanese restaurant in Dhaka.     The Minister awarded certificates to two Dhaka-based Retail stores— Unimart and Fresh Super Mart—offering her congratulations on their becoming the first retail stores in Bangladesh to be certified as “Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporter Stores Overseas.” In her remarks, she reaffirmed Japan’s commitment to firmly standing with Bangladesh in its development journey under the Japan–Bangladesh Strategic Partnership, and expressed her hope that the event would help promote bilateral cooperation in the food and agriculture sector.
