On November 6, Minister Takahashi attended a symposium and a reception hosted by the Japan-Korea Foundation for Industrial Technology Cooperation and the the Korea-Japan Industrial Technology Co-operation Foundation .     In his remarks, Minister Takahashi noted that, as this year marks the 60th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea, the leaders of both countries recently held a summit and affirmed their commitment to developing bilateral relations in a future-oriented and stable manner. Furthermore, Minister Takahashi expressed his hope that, as Bangladesh embarks on a new phase of nation-building, new seeds of cooperation between Japan and Korea will take root and flourish here in Bangladesh.
