JENESYS Reporting Session 2024-2025 and MEXT Japanese Studies program 2024



   
 
On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh hosted a reporting session for the "JENESYS 2024-2025" program and “MEXT Japanese Studies program 2024” at the Ambassador’s residence.
 
Under the JENESYS, 24 Bangladeshi youths participated in exchanges both in Japan and online, engaging the themes such as Energy, Communication, Connectivity and Environmental Sustainability and Disaster Management.
 
A participant of the MEXT Japanese Studies Program also shared her experiences and insights from studying in Japan.
 
Ambassador SAIDA Shinichi expressed his hope that the participants would serve as a bridge between Japan and Bangladesh, thereby further strengthening bilateral friendship and cooperation.
 
JENESYS (Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths) is a flagship people-to-people exchange initiative hosted by the Government of Japan to foster cooperation within the Asia-Pacific region.
