    On November 1, 2025, Minister Naoki Takahashi attended the opening of the Honda Foundation International Symposium 2025 in Dhaka on behalf of the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh. The symposium, co-hosted by the Honda Foundation and Grameen Communications, brought together distinguished experts and researchers from Japan, Bangladesh, and other Asian countries to discuss the theme “Creating Sustainable Societies through Eco-technology.”

    Expressing his respect to the co-hosts and all partners who made this event possible, Minister Takahashi highlighted Japan’s commitment to promoting human-centered technology and cooperation for sustainable and inclusive development in Bangladesh under the Japan-Bangladesh strategic partnership.
