On October 1, 2026, Ambassador Saida visited ACI Motors’ Yamaha motorcycle factory in Gazipur, where he toured the production facilities and received a briefing on the company’s operations.
 
ACI Motors, a leading Bangladeshi company in agricultural machinery and motorcycles, has received investment from Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Its local production of Yamaha motorcycles contributes to job creation and industrial development in Bangladesh.
 
During the visit, Ambassador Saida expressed his hope that greater Japanese investment and closer business partnerships built on mutual trust would further strengthen ties between Japan and Bangladesh.
