“Satellite×AI×GRID Agriculture Revolution”(Online Lecture by Mr. TSUBOI Shunsuke, Founder and CEO, Sagri)

Dhaka, September 27 2022-
 
   An online Lecture Program by Mr. TSUBOI Shunsuke, Founder and CEO, Sagri on “Satellite×AI×GRID Agriculture Revolution”, was jointly organized by the the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) and the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh on September 27, 2022.
 
   In his lecture, Mr. TSUBOI emphasized the potential for the development of smart agriculture by using Satellite data, Artificial intelligence, and GRID technology in Bangladesh.
 Mr. TSUBOI also elaborated that those advanced technologies can optimize, improve efficiency and reduce utilization of fertilizer in agriculture and reduce problems in the environment.
 
   Mr. ITO Naoki, Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh, made opening remarks and mentioned that he hoped the lecture would promote the cooperation between two countries in smart agriculture, which is the new territory, and it will lead to enhancing agriculture production and efficiency, and making it value-added.
 
   In this lecture Mr. Ruhul Amin Talukder , Additional Secretary of ministry of Agriculture graced the program with opening remarks and Mrs. Tajkera Khatun Joint Secretary of ministry of agriculture made closing remarks.
Governmental officers, Academics, Companies, and students were present among the participants.
