1 Distribution of Visa Application Form 09:00am ~ 05:00pm Sunday to Thursday 5 days a week
2 Submission of Visa Application Form 09:30am ~ 11:30am Sunday to Thursday 5 days a week
3 Interview Time 9:30am ~ 11:30am Usually same day after the submission of documents  
4 Passport Return Time 2:30pm ~ 3:30pm Usually seven working days after interview  
Library

Library includes more than 1000 books, most of which are in English. They provide information on Japan and also suitable information about studying in Japan. Videos, Cassettes and Films are available.
