1	Distribution of Visa Application Form	09:00am ~ 05:00pm	Sunday to Thursday	5 days a week
2	Submission of Visa Application Form	09:30am ~ 11:30am	Sunday to Thursday	5 days a week
3	Interview Time	9:30am ~ 11:30am	Usually same day after the submission of documents
4	Passport Return Time	2:30pm ~ 3:30pm	Usually seven working days after interview

Library

Our library has more than 1000 books, most of which are in English. They provide information on Japan including the information about studying in Japan. Educational videos concerning environment and literacy, and other Japan Video Topics are also available.
