This is to inform that any advertisement regarding Japanese Government Scholarship (Monbukagakusho) published by organizations or individuals other than Embassy of Japan and Ministry of Education, Government of Bangladesh, should be completely ignored.  Such advertisement carries no value.  This is also to be mentioned that an advertisement was published in the Daily Prothom Alo (page 6) on 23 April, 2010, using the position of former Monbusho Scholar and Education Adviser, Embassy of Japan, which is absolutely regrettable.  Please note that Dr. Chowdhury Md. Ehsan Karim has been warned by the Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh for his fraudulent acts.
